Insurance

At this time, we are in network with Aetna, Optum, and Medicare.

We are also considered to be Out of Network as well.

Payment

We make the payment process simple so that you can focus on why you’re here. Paying for therapy is an investment for a better life. Currently, we accept payment via credit or debit card through Ivy Pay. Payment is due at the start of your session. If you receive Out of Network benefits from your insurance we will provide you with a superbill including necessary details and submit a request for reimbursement, if applicable. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider with regards to your out of network benefits, reimbursement rates, deductibles, and any Telehealth coverage. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or as needed. It is required that you give 48 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a therapy session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a full session fee.

Therapy Rates

Our Standard Out of Pocket Rates are:

  • Initial Intake Session: $295

  • Individual Session: $200

We understand that financial strain may cause anxiety and stress. We offer a sliding scale fee and are open to discussing an affordable rate to better suit your financial situation on a case-by-case basis.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
